A lot if people need this feature since Coyo3.
The users are really disappointed to create almost everything from the scratch.
This feature has been deprioritized in our roadmap.
Unfortunately, we need to postpone this feature further to speed up the development of our Office365 integration. However, we understand that a lot of users demand this and the topic has a high priority. We have therefore kept the item on our immediate roadmap.
Is this enhancement also available in Coyo 3?
We would appreciate that very much!
When are you starting this feature "Copying a workspace or page with the entire content or structure for admins"? Sorry, but some users are already impatient.
Copying a workspace or page with the entire content or structure for admins.
Sometimes there is a need to refresh a workspace or a page. The admin would like to create a copy of the structure with or without content in order to change or reorganise some bigger area parts in a WS or a page. Now he has to begin from scratch.
We are working on improving our search. Entering “admin AND hr” will be possible. Also “admin OR hr”

Ok, I see your point. The current email notifications work for users that have COYO opened most of the times anyways. They don’t work well for users who visit COYO if something happened that need their attention.
We will have a closer look into this. So, if I git it right it would be sufficient to display more information about the notifications and new posts (e.g. what kind of notifications, excerpt of the post, source of the post etc.)
What about the private messages? Would be it be sufficient to just have the number of new private messages? From my point of view a private message is always something that needs my attention regardless of the actual content.
Push email message to workspace members by a new entry.
Is there a way that all members are automatically informed about their email address when a new entry is created in the workspace? The admin of a workspace should be able to create such an distribution list.
We are planning this feature for a lot of content types.
Great idea! We’ll have a closer look into it.
