Actually we have COYO as an automatically starting Homepage, when the user starts the browser. The COYO Service desk explained to me that also this users who start the browser - and Maybe don't use COYO - are counted. So the statistic isn't correct. We only want that users who put any action are counted as "active" users.4 votes
It would be very handy to be able to assign this status to certain users (or groups) actively and permanently.
For example, we have a dedicated user for access via REST API and a service user for COYO. Both are visible to all users as "colleagues".1 vote
As of 24.3.1. users have the option to choose another path to reset a password: Entering contact-information in order to be contacted by the superadmins.
Sadly, some users do not click the correct button and hence redirect a perfectly automated task to the necessity of human interaction.
For those use-cases that have no necessity of this alternative login it would we highly convenient to be able to toggle of this option alltogether.
Also, there is a typo in "XYZ.coyocloud.com/f/reset" (see attached picture).1 vote
Problem: When the amount of legible is surpassed ALL MEMBERS receive a notification that something with the license does not seem to be in order.
This usually results in panic calls from userers who fear that the whole plattform is compromised.
a) Either block the new creation of accounts once the limit of the license is reached or
b) send a notification (e-Mail + Coyo -internal notification) to all superadmins that there is a conflict with licensing.
My lack of licences is to no concern of the end-user!1 vote
The CSV File should be free to configure, which attributes you want to synchronize in Coyo, like birthdate, location, workplace etc...1 vote
in our intranet changes on coyo-pages are restricted to group "publisher"
and so the default permissions for a new document-app do actually not meet our needs.
Default permission when adding a new document-app right now is
that everybody is allowed to add/modify documents.
In our case default permission should be "admins only"
maybe other tenants would like to see an option for this too...2 votes
It should be possible in the user management view (/admin/user-management/) to filter users based on their
- group memberships
- super admin rights
- role memberships
- user directory.15 votes
Would be nice if admins could see a ranking of the most liked articles in statistics to use it for analysis5 votes
Is it possible to update a User "properties" & "imageUrls" via COYO REST API?
I could a update a user's name, email, password and email but not the properties
I can get those attributes values for a user from RESTAPI but could not update them and there is no error notification. So it begs to ask a question if it is even possible to change/update them?1 vote
For investigation purposes and further debugging administrators need to be able to view active directory error logs on COYO Public Cloud instances.11 votes
In multinational companies it's crucial to create local homepages in local language (e.g. for Shanghai office). Currently the only way is to create groups that sum up all colleagues speaking the same language. But this is static information. What if they change their account settings? What if I don't even have the information if someone working in Shanghai prefers German oder English or Chinese?
The Visibility of homepages could depend on the chosen account_settings.language. This would help a lot.4 votes
User administration: create user groups based on different information / fields like directory, company, location, language, memberships etc
As stated in various other threads, the user management in Coyo is not good. There are almost no possibilities to filter users etc.
In order to use the features of coyo like launchpad/categories, start pages etc. pp. properly, you should be able to create groups based on different information simply.
Create user groups based on
- language the user uses coyo
- following of a page
- membership of a WS
all of these filter options should also be possible in the user administration.5 votes
It would be great, if the permissions for the Code-Widget could be added to a specific user role, e.g. Code-Widget Admin, rather than being included in the moderator mode. This would allow us to grant the Code-Widget permissions to users, who are working with the Code-widget temporarily and they would not be able to view all platform contents.9 votes
How can you set the filter option to ALL by default? Regardless of events, users or workspaces, these are pre-assigned with a specific category. In the admin area there is nothing and also in the layout there are no settings for the filter widget.2 votes
Within the admin area, we find a list of deleted users within the user management. We have acitvated to anonymize deleted users, now the date for the anonymization will be shown (via mouse over). Additionnally it would be great if the timestamp of the deletion would be shown in this overview as well.5 votes
We would like to be able to specify session time out for different devices like mobile browser, engage app and desktop devices.12 votes
it would be great if it would be possible to cleanup "old" filestore backups. For database backups, we created a custom solution, but for filestore backups it is not as simple as you state yourself. Sadly the filestore backups eat a lot of space, which costs a lot and it would be a great new feature to be able to clean them up regularly.
thanks in advance!2 votes
User's office number should be available not only in the user profil informations, it also would be very practically to show it in the user's profile within the box with the header called "contact" (MODULE.PROFILE.HEADING.CONTACT in Administration).6 votes
We want a direct link which bypasses the SAML authentication and leads directly to the login page. This solution already existed in COYO 3 and was a pretty great service.4 votes
The person, who takes the assignments of another person, who is leaving the company, starts on Coyo with a full timeline, its so much easier to find into the system.
