Invite users to subscribe for a page
Ability for page admins to invite users to subscribe to their page. Users will get a notification.
Why? To have another (more "personal") possibility to reach out to potential subscribers than forcing them to subscribe (auto-subscribe) or just hinting everybody to the page with the "suggested pages" widget.
