if you want enhance your Software, you could include a Customer service application. At the Moment most of hte ticket systems or CS-Service Systems are very disappointing and not usability friendly.
I think with your Coyo Plattform you have the most of needed methods to create a suitable application that can include some open source products like OTRS or use some kind of included system.
