and Cloud Version 18.2.1
I was not able to reproduce your bug.
It can take a few seconds after you log in with the user until the ToU appears on the end device.
Also, bugs should rather be communicated to our support team as they will process them faster.
If you are still able to reproduce the bug, I’d ask that you create a support ticket
