Menue (e.g. drop down)for all calenders of all Pages/ visuality of members and rights
On social pages (sites), admins are not able to create appointments in the calendar of the page where subscribers are getting automatically invited. It is a waste of time to select each employee for each new appointment in order to notify them.
As a member of a social page you cannot go to the appointment calendar to enter an appointment. The setting wheel does not "light up" for members.
A social side is free with us and can be subscribed by each colleague voluntarily. The employee decides if he wants to be a member of the site.
Social means for me:
1. i can see the members of the social page and the members can see me
2. each mebers of this social page can enter dates in the calendar of the social page.
3. every member of this site should automatically receive a note about the appointment entry.
4. the appointment setter should be able to customize the automatically displayed member list. Either expand or deselect participants. This means that each participant does not have to be selected individually for each new appointment entry. This is time-consuming and meaningless.
For EVENTS, i.e. the calendar, there should be a dropdown menu like for COYO3, in which I can select the individual calendars of the pages. If all calendars are selected, all dates of all pages should be displayed in a complete overview.
Hello Bo, we do agree that the invitation process should be easier and are working on a solution for this. I think that the list of members however could become pretty huge for sides. Maybe a community would be the better feature for this kind of use case? (JH)
