Every App should be deactivated by default at initial creation
Posted by client request: At initial creation every (public) App should be deactivated by default. According to our client, editors miss to deactivate the App manually at initial creation. When users/editors save the content (accidentially or intended) without finishing, Apps created are automatically indexed and returned as search results.
The page is no accessible by regular users but search results direkting to the pages default App instead to the teasered App contents tend to irritate users.

When creating new content in an existing page or workplace, editors very often deactivate the respective app initially, e.g. "Content" app, before acually finishing and publishing the content. Activation of the app usually happens when the content creation is finalised.
Nevertheless a deactivated app with already saved content is index by COYO search, returns search result links visible and selectable for everyone.
Except for the original admin or editor of a page or workspace, selecting a search result link like that returns an error message saying, that either the respective content is not available or missing access rights prevent from viewing it.
It would be most welcome if at least those apps initially deactivated before first saving it would not be indexed as the error message as such is not comprehensible for most average users and tend to irritate very much.
