Via a dedicated COYO app for MS Teams, we'll give MS Teams users the chance to get notified about important company news (i.e. blog articles published by their subscribed pages) that have just been published in COYO.25 votes
awesome pre easter news:
the COYO app for MS Teams (usable for all public cloud customers) finally made it to the public app store in Teams.
(Either just search for coyo in the app store or, even easier, this links leads you directly to the installation page: https://teams.microsoft.com/l/app/54ea4c6c-2102-40f3-b6c2-0b800c4ef847.)
Users should be able to attach files from OneDrive or Sharepoint to posts, comments and messages. The files are not copies but referenced to to their original location in O365.2 votes
We just released the first version of our O365 file picker to the cloud with version 21 which gives users the possibility to attach files from SharePoint online to posts, comments and chat messages.
Users can edit documents directly from COYO in Office 365 applications (like Word and Excel) without having to save and edit them on their local computer.30 votes
This is now available with version 9.0.x
Users should be able to store and collaborate on Office documents directly in Coyo and be able to work on them directly in Office 365.
Also, the Office 365 Outlook calendar should be integrated and the user should see in Coyo if he/she has new emails.
Let's discuss this further!68 votes
As announced earlier, I’m gonna close this suggestion now as all of the features that we defined during our big O365 integration initiative have made their way into our product:
- Outlook calendar synchronization (v20)
- New Launchpad as takeoff point to O365 (v20)
- Pick & attach SharePoint Online files (v21)
- Find SharePoint Online files via global search (v22)
Still pending is the public release of our COYO app for MS Teams though the technical preparations have already been released with v21.
I’m gonna keep you posted about any progress here via https://community.coyoapp.com/forums/306010/suggestions/34974934.
Now, I’d like to encourage you to try out all of our shiny new O365 features and let us know via new suggestions how they can be further improved!
As soon as we have concrete plans for further O365 integration features, you’ll find those on our roadmap (https://community.coyoapp.com/internal-roadmap).
Microsoft Azure AD does not support LDAP and therefore can't be configured as a user directory for COYO at the moment. It would be great to have Azure AD since nearly every Office 365 comes with an Azure AD for user management. This would make it possible to use your Office 365 accounts with COYO as well.5 votes
This already works with COYO (version 9.x) and Azure Domain Services.
