Coyo app should recognize if a coyo URL is used in the Operating system.
Currently all links to Coyo end in a browser window.14 votes
I would like to be able through a picture gallery at the mobile devices more natively by swiping througb the pictures and also Zoom into a picture .
please make it possible to click through pictures also on mobile devices more natively! The UE wilö ne was bettwr eben the uploaded picture shows the pictures and not also the size and the name
Of the uploaded file e.g. hdtegek5283 or similar.
This is such an important usability feature on mobile devices! The current possibility is so inconspicuous.
Thanks for feedback.10 votes
When accessing Coyo via browser, the Resolution currently decides which Format is shown. E.G.: the iPad in Portrait Format is detected as a mobile device, when in landscape Format the iPad is not detected as a mobile device. That makes it difficult, as for example, content apps with many widgets are not wrapped properly.
The device type should always be recognizes when accessing Coyo.2 votes
Looks like chat alerts (new message) are not synced between mobile and desktop app.
Mobile app shows "new message" icon while message is already marked read using desktop app.
Pls find a way to give users the possibility to either set a certain device (PC, mobile, tablet, ...) as "primary" and all others to follow the status of messages read/unread of the primary. Interval rate should be customizable, if possible.3 votes
Have a widget that says "Add to personal bookmarks", so you can also in the app add something to the launchpad.8 votes
Whenever I enter a personal message in the app and want to make it clearer with the help of dropping, I send the message with the "Return" button.I am unable to display a line break in the messenger in the app.
On the PC it works with the shift key but that is not very user friendly neither. Would be nice if that is adjusted. And you only send messenges when clicking on the arrowhead.

Scrolling in the mobile iOS App is not as smooth as expected. When using Safari and a swipe to scroll up or down the page, it coasts to a stop smoothly.
In the mobile Coyo App it sticks to your finger. I think the feature is called rubberband scrolling. So I‘d like Coyo to support rubberband scrolling.1 vote
In the mobile app if you logout, it logsout and redirects immediately to the login page, of course there is an automatic login process defined and it just logs straight back in.
If you log off, you should show a “I logged off page” click to re-login, at this point it would be possible to return to the front mobile screen or better still in the mobile app trigger the automatic return to the Front page where it asks for the url to login to.3 votes
The COYO app should be configurable via MDM at best via managed settings (iOS).
The authentication should be possible not mandatory via MDM SSO e.g. via MobileIron app.
This feature would add additional compliance and security, so content couldn’t be easily shared with non-enterprise apps.6 votes
Please add a feature in the admin area that simply allows admins to send push notifications to specific users and groups. The admins should be able to define the text of the push notifications as well as a link target.11 votes
It would be great to be able to zoom in on a pdf file on our smartphones. We publish many documents (which we only have a look at a few times) in our intranet, so this option would be hugely appreciated. Now we have to download every document local to our phones, so that we can read it.40 votes
I would like to have push notifications on my mobile Coyo app for at least @mentions. Best would be to have notification setting for mobile where I can select and de-select certain notifications. But at least @mentions should be pushed, since they are quite similar to direct chats.12 votes
@mentions are a valuable idea. We have added this to our internal ideas list. Unfortunately, at this point, we are not able to tell you when this feature will make it to the roadmap.
Please enable landscape mode for the mobile App.14 votes
Allow admins to send specific posts as push notifications to all subscribers. Kind of like the "Sticky" feature.18 votes

- Native apps for iOS and Android10 votes
I’ve got some good news: we just started working on a news module to integrate it into COYO Engage, our brand new native app for iOS & Android.
While Android Phones do have hardware "back" button (or a software one integrated in the OS), the only way to go "back" in an iOS App is a Softbutton within the app, which is missing in coyo4. This makes navigating quite annoying.22 votes
It would be good to have the ability to hide Launchpad categories for Mobile Devices. How it works with widgets already. Since we offer some links via the launchpad that do not work on mobile devices and we want to hide them for mobile devices.4 votes
Full resolution Pictures need high Bandwith for uploads and also stress the coyo backend quite much while generating previews.
The Coyo iOS should offer the possibility to resize/compress Pictures (to around 2000px) BEFORE uploading them to the Coyo server.8 votes
