A. In a member administration of a workspace, I need to be able to filter by external users.
B. I need an easy reminder to re-invite (external) users if they did not accept the invitation.
B. In Coyos general administration, there is a filter by external users. In addition there should be displayed:

It would be great to see who is the admin of an workspace. So there's a chance to contact the admin directly if he overlooked the member request.1 vote
To invite users to sites and workspaces I need to click on "add member".
The choice of users to invite to this site/ workspace should be qualified only by those, that did not receive an invitation to be a member yet.2 votes
I want to re-invite users to a workspace in case they did not RSVP. Now I have to delete the open invitations, note the names and re-invitate them- There should be a button "re-invite all open invitations" and "re-invite user xy".5 votes
As superadmin it should be possible to delete old workspaces or give the creator an hint to delete, reorganize, etc. his workspace.
Problem is that theres no way to see, who created the workspace1 vote
Colleagues ask for a Background picture for workplaces just like for pages so they can design the workplace in their own custom look.1 vote
It would be great & useful if you could assign different authorizations for different apps within a workspace.
For example, Wiki A can only be accessed by group X, Wiki B can only be accessed by groups A and B, all can access task list C.3 votes
It would be very helpful for new member to accept workspace invitations in a bulk not one by one.3 votes
The workspace description currently has no length limitation and you can therefore assume that the text is also displayed completely. It is not so.
There is a little excerpt in the workspace overview and a multi-line excerpt in the workspace.
Everything that goes beyond this non-specified length restriction is not displayed.1 vote
