Search improvement: do not show chats first (results from pages/ws are more important). integrate a separate search within the chat.1 vote
Hey Christoph, the chats are not really listed first but I agree that the chat should have its own search and the messages should be removed from the global search results.
Use title of wiki or blog posts in tab of the browser and site title so you can easily find a site in browser history.
Maybe this idea corresponds with the idea of showing a title when shareing a post in timeline.1 vote
as for now profiles of deactivated users are the same as active ones. It would be better if deactivated accounts are labelled as such by a banner or the like. This way users would know that this person is no longer active but their content is still available (unlike deleting them).2 votes
Yes, this could be a nice enhancement for the product.
As an admin I sometimes have to merge content (wikis, blogs, forums) from pages into new pages or merge pages into a new workspace. I would like to do that without having to copy and paste existing content into the new page/space.5 votes
Today I'm only allowed to exit a channel group - for single channels I'm able to archive those ones which are not in used any more. This function is also a requiremet for group channels.
Furthermore a area in needed where I can find archived group channels.3 votes
It would be very helpul to choose the way of displaying events. Sometime it is necessary to get an overview about all schedules like attached.33 votes
I would like to be able through a picture gallery at the mobile devices more natively by swiping througb the pictures and also Zoom into a picture .
please make it possible to click through pictures also on mobile devices more natively! The UE wilö ne was bettwr eben the uploaded picture shows the pictures and not also the size and the name
Of the uploaded file e.g. hdtegek5283 or similar.
This is such an important usability feature on mobile devices! The current possibility is so inconspicuous.
Thanks for feedback.4 votes
It would be a great Improvement if filelists could get a scrollbar for all items instead of "loading more". We have Folders that contains more tha 1000 files and if you want to add one yopu have to click "load more" for so many times.
by the Way the insert Button is at the end of the list so you have to go down all the items before you can insert.2 votes
Yes, I agree. This can be quite annoying when there are lots of files in one folder. We are going to have a look into it.
We have a poll that runs weekly. Currently, we have to create new polls for each week - how tedious! So I'd like to request an option to not just close a poll but to reset it.
Alternatively, of course, an "app copy-function" would do a similar job and would generally be highly appreciated.6 votes
Sounds like a good idea. Let’s see how many votes this idea will get and whether other customers have the same need.
It would be great, if it's possible to edit topics in app "forum". We want to use this app for a marketplace / notice board and if our employees want to sell something, there must be editting opportunities.4 votes
Our colleagues do not understand the filter function in the search results. There should be fields with ticks to select and deselect filters on the desktop version. That would highly improve usability.17 votes
Good point. We are looking into this right now and working on a concept.
User should be able to participate in an event, without being inveted.
Use Case: Many of our pages have event calenders and all colleagues are invited to these events. But we cannot invite all. So it would be nice, if one could click on Accept, without being invited in order to see it in my events and for the admin to see, how many are coming. Like Facebook events.41 votes
When I'm in a workspace, I'd like to see somewhere, which status it has (open, closed or private).3 votes
Please improve the frontend performance/stability. It hangs/lags quite often if you click "too fast" in the system.20 votes
Ok, good idea. I would also be very interested whether other customers have the same problems as well.
We are always trying to optimize the frontend performance of COYO and we did so along the last releases. It has become a very complex application and especially the timeline already has a lot of UI components that might slow down certain browsers.
So, we are always interested in feedback where we can improve speed and performance.
there should be a visual indicator that a page is private.5 votes
Yes, agreed. One should be able to figure out easily whether a page is public or private.
To avoid that users are confused I would suggest the following:
If I´m using the multi select option and have selected multiple files, only the options should be visible, which can be applied on multiple files.3 votes
Agreed. The multi select option is implemented quite confusingly right now.
If I click on something in my newsfeed, read it and than go back via the back button of my browser, I want to get back to the same view port/place, as I left the page.
Many colleagues are complaining, that with full newsfeed they need to search and scroll to the last read entry. People stop clicking on articles or links, because they loos track.19 votes
In general, yes. I can’t give you a timeline right now, though. But we’ll have another look into this.
We often use the form app for polls and surveys. For this use case it would be great, if I as an admin could decide in the settings that all entries are anonym.17 votes
When I am on a page or in a workspace, post on the timeline and want to attach a document from Coyo: the default folder that opens should be the current page/workspace, not my personal homepage. That would make it easier and faster to attach files.6 votes
I agree. The file library should be opened in the current context.
date filter for search results
Our COYO users would really like to have the option to filter and sort search results by date (oldest to newest and vice versa)28 votes
We are thinking right now about adding a more detailed date filter. Instead of just refining the search via the existing categories (last week, month year etc), a user would be able to specify a start and end date.
