This feature has been deprioritized in our roadmap.

Unfortunately, we need to postpone this feature further to speed up the development of our Office365 integration. However, we understand that a lot of users demand this and the topic has a high priority. We have therefore kept the item on our immediate roadmap.

Copying a workspace or page with the entire content or structure for admins.

Sometimes there is a need to refresh a workspace or a page. The admin would like to create a copy of the structure with or without content in order to change or reorganise some bigger area parts in a WS or a page. Now he has to begin from scratch.

for me this is a must to change to Coyo otherwise efficiency goes down when creating a new workspace

We have some guidelines, which we want people to follow, when they create a new workspace. Say, every workspace should have a standard set of 4 apps. And apps like dynamic lists should all have the same fields. It would be such an advantage, if you could just select a template and all apps with the respective content could be loaded at once. It would not only save a lot of time, but would also help to maintain a certain QM standard within our projects.
