COYO: Ideas & Roadmap

Colleagues List - follow ALL colleagues at once

It would be great if you could follow all colleagues at a time, using only one click that marks all of them. At the moment, you have to klick on every single colleague individually to follow the respective person.

For our company structure following everyone is essential, it is a key feature and it missing since the update to coyo 4 is really giving us trouble! Employees work in branches all over the country, so they don't know people outside their own branch, and therefor will not follow them. But they all encounter the same daily challenges and should profit from the others experiences - but they don't because they don't follow all the others.
We definitely need an option for the admin to choose "auto follow all users"!

What about some kind of dialog for new users to help them get started. Something that comes up like the tour to give them a short introduction and maybe to select which colleagues to follow with different options: different groups, the whole company, all colleagues of my department, custom selection etc.

        What about splitting the idea:
A Users can choose groups of other users they want to follow (All users; groups based on ADFS, comapnies and other profile data).
B Admins can choose auto-followings in the backend (same groups as mentioned in A)
I think A is more important.

That would not suit our company... We are about 70 people here and everybody is free to follow other colleagues, but nobody has to... an Auto follow feature would therefore be totally wrong for us. Nevertheless, MOST collegaues follow all other colleagues, but not all of them...
