Usability: filters need to be more obvious

Our colleagues do not understand the filter function in the search results. There should be fields with ticks to select and deselect filters on the desktop version. That would highly improve usability.

    Are you also confused by the way the filters for pages are working? They are programmed with "and" function. When you have activated one filter and want to switch to another page category you always have to reset the filter first and then click on the new category. I think it's more user friendly to switch between categories without deleting filters first.

    we noticed that many of our colleagues tend to overlook the filters. It might be more helpful if the filters are placed above the results (just any online shop who use filters)

    Same for us. Users intuitively select filters in a way they use navigation items one after the other. Latest after third click they usually end up with no results with no clue how they got there and also no clue how to reset.

    Thank you! We were afraid to be the only ones not understanding the system by intuition. Always wondering about not finding what we are looking for. The same applies in events by the way....

    To avoid that users are confused by the multi select filters, add a special multi hook button

    Thanks, same for us. It is not intuitive when cklicking through the different types and the choices will be added. Same applies for the "search" in the workspaces: When clicking through the different categories this will lead to finding nothing as the different categories overlap and lead to nowhere.
