Users can edit documents directly from COYO in Office 365 applications (like Word and Excel) without having to save and edit them on their local computer.30 votes
This is now available with version 9.0.x
Ability to invite external users to participate only in specific workspaces.83 votes
Great news! External workspace members are finally available on the cloud (version 14.x).
...get directly in the workspace, not in the overview of all workspaces. Or I'd like to accept right in the notifications.22 votes
Please speed up COYO, a timeline with a few items takes about 2-10 seconds to load.23 votes
We added several performance improvements with version 9.0.×.
A possibility to save Coyo events in Outlook via .ics files would be great.40 votes
Downloading events as an ics file is no available on the cloud with version 14.×.
we just released the mentioned changes to the cloud with v18 yesterday!
I’d like to encourage you to try out the improved ‘subscriptions’ widget and open new suggestion(s) for any additional ideas to make it even better. Thanks
Another user can delete the Event creator with moderator rights, but not the user itself. "Not attending" is not enough to disappear from the participation list. That means, the user itself should be able to delete himself from the participation list (at least with moderator rights).
Maybe it is an alternative solution, that people who don't attend, won't appear in the list any more.6 votes
I'm proposing a global birthday widget, which enables a glance about the colleague who has birthday today/tomorrow.
(A possible extension: You can view the previous and forthcoming "days" of the birthday-calendar)28 votes
When starting a search, the search engine should provide search suggestions while typing the query in the search box in order to find the information faster (e.g. while typing "project" the search engine should suggest "projectmanagement"). Like in Google the search suggestions should be provided in a drop-down list below the search box.21 votes
We added autocomplete in the global search for pages, workspaces, events and users. This is already live for the cloud with version 13.×.
It would be good if long posts in timelines would break after a specific amount of characters and the user had to click "more" to read it all. We would avoid that long posts "occupy" large parts of the screen and make sure that the following posts are visible too.21 votes
we just released the improvement to the cloud with version 19.×.×.
It would be nice to have further filter possibilities on the Events overview page like for example:
- Show Events I already participate
- Show Events I am invited to
- Show only Events of pages or workspaces I have subscribed3 votes
This already works.
A permanently displayed search field that does not cover the Pages and Workspaces fields. Just like in Coyo 3 or the mobile view.46 votes
This is going to be part of the next major release (10.x)
Right now just one Blog app can be the source of the Blog widget. It would be very cool if I can explicitly choose two, three or more Blog apps as a source.18 votes
You will have the following options:
- Show the latest articles from all blogs (the user can see)
- Show the latest articles from all blogs the user have subscribed
- Show the latest articles from selected blogs (one or more)
This is comes with version 8.0.0+
A widget that will show the newest users in the network.8 votes
It's very complicated that the invited workspace members need to be invited AGAIN for an created event IN this private workspace.9 votes
This has been released with version 21 to the cloud. Users are now able to create private events with a specific audience without having to select a private workspace or page.
Workspaces in the workspace-view shouldn't be prefiltered by membership "joined".
We prefer to have it prefiltered by membership "all".
(Joined we already have in the home view)2 votes
Good news: We could squeeze this one in on very short notice … has been released to the cloud with version 19.0.2!
A feature that will suggest other search terms to users when their search yielded no or very few results.
For example, when you enter "usablity", COYO will show the user "Did you mean usability?"7 votes
This feature has been released to the cloud (Version 16).
Congratulations for the new event section. It adds a major feature to Coyo.
It would be great to have more possibilities to describe an event. At least a RTE in the information section would be fine. Having only a text field suits only to small events without a need for longer descriptions.9 votes
Released to the cloud with v18 yesterday!
Edit posts after they are published1 vote
As Christoph said: this already works.
