Use Coyo translations also in Engage App
We invested a lot of time to configure the terms of the interface (i.e. "Channels" to "Chat"), all together more than 1000 changes.
In Coyo Engage these translations are not used.
So: Please use these translations also for the Coyo Engage App.
As COYO Engage is a native app, this is not as easy to implement. Also, the context is different so we would probably need to create new translations entities for COYO Engage, which our customers would need to translate again.
I’ll leave this topic in the community and wait if more demand for this feature occurs.

I can see the difficulties but every company that made the effort to change i.e. channel to chat have obviously demonstrated the importance for them. We are starting to organize the roll out of the engage app for our customers and I can promote that much easier if I can tell them that the translations are coming soon.
From my point of view the absence of there translation really spoils the experience for the respective customers and really doesn't "boost identification" as you postulate in your presentation of the app.
