This feature has been deprioritized in our roadmap.
Unfortunately, we need to postpone this feature further to speed up the development of our Office365 integration. However, we understand that a lot of users demand this and the topic has a high priority. We have therefore kept the item on our immediate roadmap.

There are a lot of tools for task management out ther. Coyo should not reinvent the wheel. We use Asana for our task management. Only addition to Coyo that I see would be an interface to integrate other sytems and to view the tasks in a site, workspace or any other personal widget.
We are planning to support mov videos as well to make it easier to upload videos from mobile devices. We are checking the technical impact to display a preview in the timeline right away. This could affect the overall performance of the platform since it takes a lot of bandwidth to stream videos.
I’m very sorry for the rather bad news but due to a whole bunch of topics with higher priority we won’t be able to tackle this one in the near future.

I like this idea. The place of an event should be free to choose or a list of available resources. Resources should be able to be defined by an admin, users then can choose. It would also be great, to extract a list from all events, which recourse is available or in use by ..
