    We are thinking right now about adding a more detailed date filter. Instead of just refining the search via the existing categories (last week, month year etc), a user would be able to specify a start and end date.

    The filters which are already in place shouldn´t change the order according to the amount of results. It should always have the same order: last week/last month/last year.

    There´s already a multi select option within the document app. Unfortunately there´s no option to download multiple (selected) files at once.

    Our users ask for this very often as well. Especially for big communities/workspaces [and of course pages to stay consistent], it would be great to have the option to export the member list to Excel. We would need the names and the mail adresses at least.

    Currently our users are unsure for which events/items they will receive a notification. Moreover they don´t need all of the notifications and liked the notifications in V3 - to chose for which events they will receive notifications.

    As a user, I want to save a template for wiki/blog articles. When creating a new article, I can choose to use this template (consisting of the row layout, widgets and content).
    This helps e.g. to create weekly/monthly reports, which should look homogenous.
    Moreover it´s easier to keep the layout for a series of blog articles, if I can save the structure as a template.

    Another idea could be to have an option to tick, whether the names of the admins/organiser should be shown or whether the event will be posted in the name of the Workspace/page.

    Just to clarify the use case: There is a page or workspace with many apps. So, the navigations on left side gets quite long and the user has to scroll down. If the user clicks on another app the content changes but the user can’t see it, since he scrolled all the way down. Did I get this right?

    Our users have asked for this as well, as the current behaviour is quite confusing. Especially, if you open an app with less content to show (e.g. list app, orga app), users often think the app doesn´t contain any content. They need to scroll up to see the whole content, which is not very user friendly, if I´m opening a new app.

    Agreed. This would be a benefit for the product and adds value to the task apps and the general handling of tasks. I added it to our roadmap but I can’t come up with a timing, yet.

    I´m entering the workspace overview when looking for another workspace, I´m not a member of yet.

    If I´m looking for a certain workspace, where I´m already a member and want to access it for the respective information I need out of this workspace, I`m always using the "my subscriptions"-widget on our start page. This is really easy to use, I can see all of my workspaces, I´m a member of and I can search through it.

    So from my point of view, I´m only missing a good overview on all available communitys.

    It would be great to have this added to the language settings within the admin area. Then we´re also more flexible in adjusting translations with the help of our international "translators" (Swedish, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian, etc.)

    Moreover I think multilanguage hasn´t been implemented very consistent, as I´m able to translate some parts of our COYO environment and for others parts/areas mutlilanguage isn´t supported.
