    Hey Christoph,

we had a look at blog images in general and our ideas do match most of your suggestions. In general, we also think that it is quite cumbersome to have two different teaser images with two different formats. So our idea would be to reduce this to one format that works for all blog articles – regardless whether rendered in a widget, a list of articles or the article itself.

Blog images should not be cropped in the widget.

We are planning to support mov videos as well to make it easier to upload videos from mobile devices. We are checking the technical impact to display a preview in the timeline right away. This could affect the overall performance of the platform since it takes a lot of bandwidth to stream videos.

The problem we are facing with your request is as follows:

Imagine you have 3 new posts from your colleagues but you don't fetch them on your personal timeline. Then you go into one of your workspaces and create a new post yourself. In this case we have two options: Either mark all 4 posts as read and fetch them implicitly or add your own post to the other 3 and display them as 4 unread posts.

We are convinced that the latter option is the best for the users as it gives them the power to decide when they want to fetch new posts. Obviously, the downside is that some of those posts might have been created by the users themselves.

We like the idea that users can color-code posts in their timeline. This should be complemented by a feature for filtering the timeline by specific color-codes so that this feature can be used as a way to manage follow-ups.

What do you mean by "Present timeline"? Please clarify to help us understand your request better.

Would you actually prefer sub-categories or additional filter criteria?

    Sub-categories would look like this:

    CATEGORY A
    CATEGORY A.1
    CATEGORY A.2
    CATEGORY B
    CATEGORY B.1

And additional filter criteria would look like this:

    CATEGORY A
    CATEGORY B

    COMPANY A
    COMPANY B

    COUNTRY A
    COUNTRY B

In the latter, the users could combine the filters as they wish.

We are not sure if this is something that we can implement in the standard version of COYO. Many of our customers have implemented a two-factor authentication through their SAML/ADFS identity provider. Is this an option for you in this case?

This feature has been deprioritized in our roadmap.

Unfortunately, we need to postpone this feature further to speed up the development of our Office365 integration. However, we understand that a lot of users demand this and the topic has a high priority. We have therefore kept the item on our immediate roadmap.

Okay so for Coyo4 this will be available in the technical background. I don't think we will have a real "Trashbin" view ready in time for the launch. However, the deleted stuff will be there! So there will be an option to do recovery through the database.
