Ok, thanks for your feedback!
Hey Nils, you mean having a navigation "A B C ... X Y Z" to page through the pages / workspaces? Neat idea!
I merged this issue. Thanks for pointing it out.
Would a restriction by file size do the trick as well? Could be way easier than restricting it by file type?!
Hey Andre, I know it's been a while that you created this suggestion. But could you tell me more about the use case? Do you want to restrict this due to the file size of videos or is there another reason?
Sorry, no timeline, yet. But since the file library and the documents app are highly used features they will definitely get an update as soon as we can free up some resources.
Interesting idea. Let's see whether other users would like to see this as well.
Just started with development. As mentioned, we decided to stick to texts of timeline posts as the initial scope in order to be able to release the functionality as soon as possible.
Thanks for the quick reply and the feedback! We already did some tests with Azure and DeepL - we will have another look into Google as well.
This might be an interesting topic for next year, though. At the moment we are pretty packed with work but we are aware that this would be a great feature!
Hey Stephanie, do you already have a translation engine in place or any preference? Google, Bing, Azure, DeepL etc?
We ware already thinking about that as well. I think that would be a great addition and that feature would totally make sense for the product. I'll keep that in mind and maybe we can squeeze it in at some point.
There is an option to group them for me :) I'll keep them as separated ideas though because marking posts and documents is not necessarily the same
By documents do you mean content in general (like posts, articles etc.) or actual files in the documents app?
Is your suggestion probably related to http://community.coyoapp.com/forums/306010/suggestions/31557100 ?
We still have this feature on our list and it has a medium priority. Unfortunately I can't give you a timing, yet.

Found it ;)
I was sure that we already had that idea in the community but I could find it. But anyways - I like it.
Can you tell me more about the reasons why you would like to have this switched off?
Yes, I have to admit that the concept is not fully implemented. One should be able to view the archived chats and also to archive channels. We already created a concept for this but unfortunately we didn't find time yet to implement this.
There should probably one at the top and at the bottom, right? Then you could decide where to add the widget more easily.
Hey Tanja, to better understand the request, could you tell me: how many workspaces we are talking about here? How many invites does a new user have to accept?
We are planning on providing options to move or copy apps / documents / articles. Would this meet your requirements?
I like the idea + we had something like that planned in the past. Let's see whether other users are in need of this feature, too.
Sounds like an interesting idea. We will take it into consideration. Let's see whether other customers would need this as well.
Hey Steffen, I wouldn't say that we didn't think it through. We just didn't have a legal information mind. It was more about showing users who is the admin of the page and can manage it. But we'll take it into consideration to make the imprint optional. Let's see whether other customers are in need of this feature, too.
in general we don't want to make the majority of the features optional. If you could enable / disable most of the features in COYO it would become a configuration monster quite quickly. One of COYO's main advantages is the easy use, setup and configuration.
You are right in the way that colleagues in the imprint might not be responsible for all the content but they might be responsible for some of the content. The way I see it, It is a bit like an imprint in a magazine - an intern / trainee might have contributed an article and will therefore be listed in the imprint, although he or she is not responsible for the whole magazine.
The imprint for pages was initially introduced so that users can see who might be a contact person for that particular page. So, the legal point of view was not really the priority. I have to admit though, that the name "Imprint" suggest a legal background.
As a workaround I would suggest that you could rename the navigation entry from "Imprint" to something else like e.g. "Admins" or to add a disclaimer to the imprint (since it is a widget layout, you could place any widget in it).
Hey Steffen, what do you mean by "There are user displayed in the imprint, which have nothing to do with the imprint in a legal point of view"? The imprint shows all admins of that particular page - so colleagues who could edit the content in any way. What would be your expectation here?
