2 things that haven't been mentioned but definatley need to be adressed in combination with external users:
- Introduction Tutorial - Same thing as ToU - Why do external users get the same introduction "...this is the digital home of your company xyz" as internal users? This is also quite confusing as the introduction / beginner tutorial for externals should focus on their possibilities within a workspace
Any news on this topic - how long until this feature is under development?
It would be great to see how many people actually viewed / read a blog article.
A small "Eye" icon at the bottom somewhere next to the "Bell" icon could give info of how many people viewed the article.
Right now we have to use an analytics Tool like Google Analytics or Matomo (Piwik) to count unique visits.
A setting should be made available to enable / disable this feature.
This setting could be located in the admin panel / and / or should be available in the blog settings.

1803 is the Windows Version - you'll need at least 1803 (can be found under Settings --> System --> About) to use the keyboard command "Win + ."
Browser Version always depends as different Browsers interpret emojis differently - currently I'm using Edge (v.44.17763.1.0) and Firefox (v.65.0.2)
Just a hint - with Windows 10 on your Keyboard press: Win Key "+" .
(Windows Key followed by the Full Stop Key)
You will then get an emoji picker where you can also search for emojis by just typing when the box appears.
You'll need at least Version 1803 for the emoji picker to show up.
As Sven already stated we started with creating concept and visuals. However, development of this improvement has not started yet but is still planned.
Any progress on this yet Sven? :) The narrow columns really are a pain and this app has so much potential - when can we expect this to be fixed?
I’m very sorry for the rather bad news but due to a whole bunch of topics with higher priority we won’t be able to tackle this one in the near future.
Did you already try to solve your issue with one of the mentioned workarounds in here: https://knowledgebase.coyoapp.com/en/article/how-can-i-display-an-org-chart-in-coyo?
Hope that helps you?!
We are planning to improve the preview of Excel, Word and PowerPoint files in the context of our Office 365 integration
Why have you changed the Event App so drastically compared to the old coyo 3 version?
The old calendar offered features like:
- Public events
- iCal Feed
- Different views (List View, Month View...)
- Event Series
You stripped the event app of valuable and working functions - while I do like the new look the functions are crippled in my opinion - at least restore the functions you had in the old version please.
Also a manual enable / disable slide feature would be great instead of having to delete a slide if it's outdated and recreating it.
we had a look at blog images in general and our ideas do match most of your suggestions. In general, we also think that it is quite cumbersome to have two different teaser images with two different formats. So our idea would be to reduce this to one format that works for all blog articles – regardless whether rendered in a widget, a list of articles or the article itself.
