    This happens only when you are logged in as Admin.

    For images, we have this feature already.
    When you send an image via the media button, the image will be resized.
    When you send an image via the attachment button, the image remains in original quality.

    Is this what you meant?

    Have you already checked if the terms of use feature can cover the related requirements?

    The terms of use apply per user account, no matter if the user uses the COYO Engage app or logs into COYO via a browser.
    If a user has not yet confirmed the terms of use, they will be shown to her - regardless of the platform.
    If the terms of use are updated the admin can choose to reset all confirmations, so that every COYO user, whether browser or COYO Engage, will be asked to confirm the terms of use again.
    There are two technical limitations.
    - After activating/resetting the terms of use, this might take a while to take effect on the app. The terms of use will then be displayed at the latest after restarting the app.
    - From starting the app it may take a moment until the screen with the terms of use appears.

    I would appreciate feedback to find out if this is already solving the problem.
